I was listened to. Not put under pressure time wise when speaking to the doctor. Appointment I made for my results of tests was onn time and I was treated respectfully when querying issues about my results.

Comment re open surgery. If more than one doctor available, can post office counter style service not be offered, whereby patient sees next available doctor, rather than be assigned a specific doctor on arrival. Given an appt for 10.10, when there were at least two others before me already.
